Experience and qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resource, Economics, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Business Information Systems and minimum 3/three/ years relevant work experience. 
• Technical and functional configuration experience on any ORACLE ERP is a must
• Working experience and training on ORACLE ERP Fusion Cloud ERP are advantageous.
• Certification on any of ORACLE ERP systems along with implementation experience is preferable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate enterprise resource planning system(ERP) support secure user access of deployed and day-to-day maintenance of ERP system.
• Coordinates and handles any ERP-related system requirements study, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance process.
• Assess and analyze new technology needs, system requirements and recommends changes to improve the reliability, scalability, extensibility, security, and performance of ERP system.
• Provides technical assistance to internal staff including being converts ant with the future direction of enterprise systems.
• Monitor and deliver regular and timely end-of-day, end-of-month, and end -of year processing and system updates
• Monitor that the data and system backup is carried out quite frequently as per the policies and procedures formulated, and efficiently and effectively by a systems administrator.
• Helps employees under his/her task assignment resolve technical/functional problems, tracking and approving assignment progresses within their teams.
• Maintains personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participates in appropriate training activities, and encourage and support staff in their development training,
• Performs and coordinates other tasks and projects as assigned by ICT-Manager.
