Minimum qualification and work experience:

  • MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management Accounting or other business-related fields with 3/5 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as share admin related experience.

Core competencies:

  • Knowledge of generally accepted principles of shares administration
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of applicable government laws, rules, and regulations of National Bank of Ethiopia
  • Analytical skill
  • Time management and organization
  • Communicating effectively
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Computer proficiency and technical skills particularly working with software supported share management
