Minimum qualification and work experience:
- MA or BA Degree in Economics, Management Accounting or other business-related fields with 3/5 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as share admin related experience.
Core competencies:
- Knowledge of generally accepted principles of shares administration
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of applicable government laws, rules, and regulations of National Bank of Ethiopia
- Analytical skill
- Time management and organization
- Communicating effectively
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Computer proficiency and technical skills particularly working with software supported share management
