- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃና የሥራ ልምድ: ከታወቀ ኮሌጅ/ቴክኒክና ሙያ ማሰልጠኛ ተቋም በጠቅላላ መካኒክ ወይም ተመሳሳይ የሙያ መስክ 10+2 ወይም ደረጃ III ሠርተፍኬትና በሙያው ከ2 ዓመት በላይ የሠራ/ች
