- የትምህርት ደረጃ : 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀና በድሮው 5ኛ ደረጃ ወይም በአዲሱ ደረቅ 2 የታደሰ መንጃ ፍቃድ ያለው
- የስራ ልምድ: በማምረቻ ድርጅት፣ በከባድ መኪና በሹፌርነት በታወቀ የንግድ ድርጅት ውስጥ 5 ዓመት የሰራ
