Job Requirement

• Masters degree in counseling, at least three years of experience working as a school counselor or working with youth,
• Knowledge of multiple counseling approaches, clear strategies for managing student behavior, cultural understanding
• Empathy and sensitivity to students’ needs
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using technology, creativity, enthusiasm and dedication
• Committed to the professional ethics of school counseling and confidentiality
