Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in subject with significant experience accepted, (Bachelor of Education Degree), at least five years teaching experience, (relevant teaching certifications for internationals), evidence of pedagogy training, genuine understanding of child and youth development and respectful behavior management techniques, demonstrated understanding of pedagogy, strong technology skills including online learning platforms, solid communication skills with students, colleagues, administrators and parents; fluent in spoken and written English (examination will be administered and demo lesson will be required), commitment to continuous professional learning. Early Childhood Teacher Applicants must demonstrate clear understanding of child development, learning through play, and teamwork.

Education: Bachelor of Education degree preferred. Bachelor or Masters in subject area acceptable

Successful Teaching Experience: Minimum of 5 years

Pedagogical Knowledge: Demonstration of pedagogical knowledge and must show documents of pedagogy training

Annual, Monthly, Weekly Lesson Planning: Demonstrate lesson planning

Language Skills Spoken & Written : Written examination for language competency

Technology Skills : Demonstrated technology skills using Word, Excel, Moodle LMS & Google Classroom
