The RESET Plus Innovation Fund is a program financed by the European Union (EU) - Horn of Africa trust fund and managed by ICCO Cooperation in collaboration with the affiliated partner. The objective of the RESET Plus Innovation Fund within the EU Resilience Building Ethiopia (RESET) program is to foster innovative approaches in resilience-building that are generated from the grass-roots level and that complement existing interventions and strategic planning.

CIFA (lead agency), Ayuda en Accion Ethiopia, CESVI and International Livestock Insurance (ILRI have been implementing a project entitled ‘Livestock Insurance for Pastoralist Resilience Building in Moyale, Miyo and Dire districts of Borena Zone, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia’ since November 2020 under RESET Plus Innovation Fund program.

Ayuda en Acción Ethiopia E(AeA) is responsible for the implementation of Pastoralist Information Center establishment, Create Mobile Apps to access and manage multi-purpose digital information, develop IBLI e-learning online and offline manuals customized to Borana context, strengthen capacities of four livestock marketing cooperatives, Create Mobile Apps to access and manage multi-purpose digital information and organize Multi-stakeholders Workshops at different levels (Federal, Regional and Zonal) to mainstream IBLI.

The objective of this bid is to identify competent service provider to develop a Mobile App which will be used to upload and disseminate up-to-date multi-purpose information for the pastoralist and agro-pastoralists in Borena. The TOR will highlight major requirements and activities of Mobile App developer.

• The TOR are required to be collected from Ayuda en Accion Ethiopia, Addis Ababa office, located in Gerji, Close to Bob Marley square/former Imperial Hotel towards Gerji,. The specific place is Sami building 2^nd floor and office room number 201 and 202
• Bidders should have relevant trade license renewed and valid for the year 2021, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and suppliers registration certificate and wood work performance letter/certificate from the recent employer/client
• Bid will be closed at 3:30 pm on the 10^th calendar days of the announcement and opened in the same day at 4:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at Ayuda en Accion Ethiopia office, Addis Ababa stated above.
• If this day is a public holy day, Saturday or Sunday, the opening will be carried out in the next working day at 10:30am Ayuda en Accion Ethiopia reserve the right to cancel all or parts of the bid.
