The main purpose of job

To manage both internal and external business issues, licenses…of the company, coordinate and act on government-based case enforcement like required services, rights, duties and responsibilities, forward issues that require legal process, handle the official process in adherence to all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and regional state laws and agency policies and procedures…

Main responsibilities

• Connect the company to appropriate government services and other stakeholders
• Keep the company updated with changes related to all changes and reforms on business policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal, regional state, and agency policies and procedures…
• Handle company cases in adherence to all the above legal issues
• Advocates with all business partners on behalf of the company and for any case enforcement related to services and other related issues
• Attends community meetings on behalf of the company when asked by the community officials
• Prepares correspondence, case notes, narrative and technical reports, notifications, and related documents important for any case enforcement agendas
• Create client-centered social and business network activities under best practices and experiences…

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and experience required

• BA Degree in Business Case Management, Public Administration, and related fields and with rich case enforcement experience and management
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external clients, government offices, and community members
• Excellent organizational and data management skills
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
• Excellent personality and work ethics
