Duties
- The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
- Provide support to managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and managers on human resource and work related issues
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management or related fields
- Experience and Required Skill: 3 years valid and proven work experience as HR officer or other HR Executives. Factory experience is advantageous.
- Very good proficiency in Oromifa, Amharic & English languages
- Ability to wok under pressure, well organized & willing to work overtime
- In depth knowledge of labor law and HR Regulations
- Computer skill
