Job Requirement

Qualification :BA degree in Management/Accounting/ Marketing/Economics or related field

Experience :4 years of relevant experience and also having a minimum 2 years in the senior level of the desired position

Knowledge & Skill

• Good knowledge of the microfinance business
•  Considerable knowledge of banking and marketing management principles and practices
• Good knowledge of company operating policies and procedures and NBE and FIC regulations and directives
• Basic knowledge on Planning and coordination of credit analysis &  deposit mobilization tasks.
• Experience on Reviewing & Counterchecking of business and financial background of loan and guarantee of applicants
• Experience on reviews loan collection performance of branch offices and provide support to braches in collecting loan
• Basic knowledge of records management
• Basic computer applications skills
• Good Communication and human relation skills
