Field of Study: Urban Economics, Urban or Regional Economics, Real-estate Development and Municipal Finance or Economics field of studies

Additional Skill/Special Requirement: Professionalism:

• Ability to apply economic theories and methods to urban economy and finance issues and different country and regional contexts; ability to conduct independent research on economic topics, determine suitability, validity and accuracy of data provided by different sources.
• Ability to translate theoretical concepts and ideas into operational projects
• Ability to design and realize operational projects
• Deep understanding of the local economics and development policy, land and property policy macro and micro economics policy and understanding in financial resource identification for implementation and mobilization experiences with respect to PPP approaches

Expertise in property development

• For BSc 8 years
