Job Description
Purpose of the job
Plan and prepare preventive and corrective maintenance according to the maintenance plans in such a way that it is carried out safely, efficiently and cost effective.
Key Responsibilities
Included here are the priority focus areas for this role and this list is not exhaustive. This role is primarily responsible for
- Make sure all execution of technical work is carried out in a safe way
- Organize the workplace and documentation according to the 5S standards
- Give feedback on the maintenance plans from own experience and the experience of the technicians
- Plan in cooperation with the team leader PM technicians and 3rd parties to carry out preventive maintenance
- Prepare spare parts and all other resources to carry out preventive maintenance
- Pre plan maintenance day, follow progress during the maintenance day, evaluate maintenance day and come up with improvements
- Prioritize work orders together with TL, Maintenance manager and maintenance engineers
- Register all activities in ERP system
Shall follow and implement to the brewery’s management systems rules, regulations and requirements on quality ,food safety, environmental and occupational health& safety
Perform other activities as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements
Education
- BSc degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Experience
- 1 year preventive maintenance operations
- Computer: basic skills (Windows, Word, Excel)
- Awareness on Food Safety is an advantage
