Job Requirement

BA or Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration and other related Business field with 1/4 years of relevant work experience as file clerk.

Required competencies

  • Ability to develop organized filing systems
  • Skill of creating, processing, and maintaining file records
  • Ability to operate on HRM software
  • Computer application skill
  • Ability to properly keep files and retrieve the documents when needed
  • Proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages
