Role and responsibility:

• Develop and coordinating vehicles between program staff and drivers to allocate use of vehicles
• Manage vehicles including their service and maintenance
• Monitor vehicle log books weekly, keep track of fuel use for each vehicle and make monthly reconciliation of records
• Ensure service payment like: vehicles maintenance, rental vehicle payments are paid with proper documentation

Job Requirement

Qualification /skills:

• BA degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields from recognized college or university and a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

Other requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Experience in human resource management
• Experience with responsibility for inventory counts and management
