Natural Science Diploma or High School Completion /Preparatory Certificate Level 1 with relevant work experience Training in technical laboratory support is preferred Duties & Responsibilites: - Prepares samples for Near Infrared Spectroscopy Reflectance (NIRS) and wet chemistry, including recording, grinding and packing samples, assisting in scanning samples, cleaning and recharging sample containers. - Assists Research Assistant during conventional “wet” chemistry and in vitro analysis required for calibration of NIRS. - Maintaining the lab environment and laboratory stores are well organized and clean.

Master's or BAchelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, International Development, Economics, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Undertake community vulnerability assessment and process in target communities (particularly the Bambasi IDP sites and nearby host communities) to define community gaps and provide the basis for planning. - Lead the identification and selection of the project client jointly with the communities and local leaders/authority using criteria. - Link the VSLA groups and business development trainees with the Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs) and Micro Financial Institutions (MFI) services for further financial access.
