Job Description

Following the new CSP of Plan Ethiopia, the Emerging emergency humanitarian response, Plan is in vast emergency and recovery response throughout the country in all the Program areas including Afar and Assosa project sub offices.
The key role of TSFP measurer/registrar is to support the TSFP implementation on moderately malnourished children under five treated and cured/discharged and moderately malnourished pregnant and lactating women treated and cured/discharged. And conduct monitoring of nutrition project activities at woreda and Keeble level as per the agreed project documents and work plan. Also, ensure that severely and moderately malnourished children effectively referred from TSFP to OTP and vice versa and from SC to OTP and vice versa. Required No for the post is 4
· Produce monthly, quarterly, and final reports according to internal, external & donor schedules
· Assessed effectiveness of TSFP program by SPHERE standard like cured rate, defaulter rate, death rate and non- responder rate in conjunction with HWs and HEW
· Ensure that all required information from MAM under five children and MAM with PLWs recorded properly and documented
Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.

Knowledge of good local language (Afar) and experience on pastoral community based project intervention (Emergency Nutrition focused) is an advantageous
