Major responsibilities
The Finance and Tax Consultant is responsible for financial transaction processing; accounting systems design and implementation; management accounting and analysis; tax management; and managing other business out sourcing services.
He/she may be involved in more complex projects and shall be able to oversee two or more assignments simultaneously. It is expected that he/she is required to demonstrate an ability to assume full responsibility for executing assignments diligently within the stipulated time period. Hence, it is the responsibility of the consultant for delivering required output and developing a capability of planning and sequencing of one or more assignments that are to be executed within a time frame agreed with clients. Above all, professional relationship with colleagues and excellent relationship with clients is a mandatory skill expected from the consultant. Specific roles include:
