Job Overview

 Performs repair and maintenance duties on a variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carry out periodic inspection, preventive maintenance with standard procedures and maintain documented files: - Refrigerators, ovens, electrical and gas grills, LPG gas lines, coffee machines, drainage systems etc.

 Responsibilities

•  Executes preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigerators, electrical and gas grills, LPG gas supply lines, coffee machines etc.
• Make daily routine and inspection of all equipment and control energy consumptions.
• Changes, expands, modifies different equipment’s or installations as needed and directed by his superiors.
• Perform different welding (arc and gas) associated jobs in workshop and on systems.
• Activity participates on maintenance of different equipment and machinery (Laundry, Kitchen, Swimming Pool etc.,
• Perform duties as assigned and report conditions and status.

Job Requirements

Education

• Level 4 Or Level 5 polytechnic Certificate from well-known college in Mechatronics/Electricity

Experience

• 3-4 years proven experience as Fitter Mechanic / Refrigeration Kitchen / Plant Room Technician

Performance requirement

• Record of excellent performance (handwork)
• Should have a positive attitude and willingness to perform duties after regular hour
