Job Requirement

• Education back ground: 1^st Degree/ 2^nd Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Leadership, Business Management and any others Business Related field.
• Education back ground: Minimum of 10 years for 1^st degree & 8 years for 2^nd  degree relevant work experience in Manufacturing will be Advantageous

Additional Skill:

• Effective communication Skills interpersonal skills, presentation skills and team player.
• Solid Understanding on HR Management Concepts, current practices, and the Ethiopian Labor Law.
• Basic Leadership Skill,
• Has wider Understanding of business beyond HR
