Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA or MA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related
  • Experience: 12/10 years of relevant experience of which 4 in managerial level

Experience and Competencies:

  • Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
  • Thorough knowledge of HRM and Administration Operating policies and procedures of the Company
  • Considerable knowledge of organizational dynamics and microfinance business
  • Considerable knowledge of labor law, financial industry governing laws, policies and procedures
  • Good oral and writing communication skill
  • Ability to coordinate teams and maintain harmonious human relations
  • Basic computer application skills
