Job Requirement

Education: BA Degree in Administrative Science or in related fields or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administering Office and Secretarial Technology or Accounts and Budget Service or Secretarial Science or Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations or Secretarial Technology

Experience: None for BA Degree holders and four years relevant experience for Diploma holders, of which two years as Secretary II

Competencies

  • Good knowledge of the principles of office management and procedures
  • Good knowledge of writing and handling business correspondence, report writing and records management
  • Ability to discretely handle confidential matters
  • Ability to organize files and documents
  • Communication and interpersonal skill
  • Skill in computer application software such as Microsoft suite of products (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Internet browsers, and Mobile software

Place of assignment: Head Office, Addis Ababa
