Job Requirement

• Educational Level: BSc MSc
• Field of Study: Urban Conservation and Architectural Heritage of closely related expertise. -Architecture and Urban Planning
• Relevant Experience: 6 years and above

Note. Preferred if he/she works on heritage conservation/renovation projects

Additional Skill/Special Requirement:

• Excellent understanding of the subject matter
• A thorough understanding of heritage, heritage conservation, commendable knowledge in history, construction. Urban planning, urban design Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
• Excellent planning, communication and management skill
• Positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness
• Good speed on work, since the project has limited time frame
• Creativity and imagination
• Good verbal and written communication
• Negotiation and leadership ability
• Time Management
