Scope of work: Production of additional radio talk shows ( RTS ) on life skills/girls’ skills in Afar, Somali, SNNP and Oromia:

• Development of materials /contents on girls’ resilience /life skills and adopt available materials for radio production purpose.
• Closely work with radio producers to put on air additional radio programs on girls’ resilience/life skills.
• Gather inputs for the radio programs from project sites;
• Establishment of additional listeners’ group (LG) with adolescent girls in schools and outside schools in selected woredas.
• Engage and train young girls to participate in the radio talk shows to make it participatory.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions.

Job Requirement

• Education: Advanced degree in Social sciences or Public health
• Experience: More than 5 years of proven work experiences on WASH and Nutrition

Special Skills:

• Good communication skills,
• Excellent report writing,
• Basic computer and software applications
