Job Description

JRS-Ethiopia is looking for a consulting individual (Team of three) and/or a firm who are eligible to participate in this public bid; are herewith requested to submit their proposals as per the stipulated conditions in the terms of reference (TOR). The consultancy service for conducting Job market survey for JRS-Ethiopia Project in Addis Ababa.

Interested individuals and /or firms in Ethiopia, who would be able to fulfil the requirements stated in the TOR are welcome to apply. The following points are a guide for the bid processing.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Applicants are required to fulfil the following minimum requirement:

  • They should be legally registered and shall present renewed trade license
  • They should have VAT and TIN registration certificate
  • They should be able to provide organizational profile and the CVs of individuals who are going to take part in this consultancy service;
  • They should demonstrate proven experience in facilitating, conducting job market survey and producing report
  • They should have a mix of expertise from different field of studies
  • Evidence for paying current Year’s tax
  • They should demonstrate proven experience in studies, assessment in refugee intervention in Ethiopia ; the context of refugee, returnees, IDPs and host community is an advantage
  • They should submit their financial proposal for Addis Ababa Intervention

Collection of TOR & Submission of BID document

  • All bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals as per the issued TOR documents (One copy and one original for each) in separately sealed & stamped envelopes at JRS-Ethiopia 6 Kilo Office
  • All documents with regard to firm’s profile, team composition and CV of individual team members, copy of renewed license and tax registration documents shall be attached to the technical proposal. Technical evaluation will take 60% while financial evaluation is accounted to 40%
  • Applicants who are interested for the Consultancy assignment will get the TOR through e-mail only after getting registered in JRS-Ethiopia( Personally getting registered or sending application letter requesting the TOR via zelalem.simeneh@jrs.net or Solomon.birhane @jrs.net  
  • JRS-Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
