Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• BSc or Diploma or Certificate in clinical Nursing from recognized university

Years of Relevant Service

• Minimum 1 Years and above

Experiences and other basic skills

• Relevant work experience as HMIS professional in a similar Hospital setting
• Maintain and make available all data collection tools/formats and ensure that all data collection forms are uniform and consistent.
• Ensure that timely and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other health reports are submitted to respective bodies. 
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of the data collected
• Collate/compile the health and related activities,
