Job Requirement
- Education: Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management or related fields
- Experience: Five years relevant experience in the food industry
Skill:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, motivational, communication, problem solving & analytical skills.
- Strong experience in stores management, receiving, stock control and inventory management and budgeting.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines.
- Negotiation and coordination skills to effectively work with a variety of suppliers including food, uniforms & technical spare parts.
- Knowledge/ experience of procedures to liaison with Government authorities like DACA, Ministry of Trade regarding food inspections.
- Knowledge/ experience of customs clearance procedures for imports
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driving license.
- Professional command in English (verbal and written).
