Job Requirement

  • Education: Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management or related fields
  • Experience: Five years relevant experience in the food industry

Skill:

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, motivational, communication, problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Strong experience in stores management, receiving, stock control and inventory management and budgeting.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines.
  • Negotiation and coordination skills to effectively work with a variety of suppliers including food, uniforms & technical spare parts.
  • Knowledge/ experience of procedures to liaison with Government authorities like DACA, Ministry of Trade regarding food inspections.
  • Knowledge/ experience of customs clearance procedures for imports
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Professional command in English (verbal and written).
