- የትምህርት ደረጃ፡ ዲግሪ በማኔጅመንት፣ መካኒካል ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ ኬሚካል ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ ፉድ ፕሮሰሲንግ ኢንጂነሪንግ ወይም ተዛማች የሙያ ዘርፍ ከታወቀ ዩንቨርስቲ የተመረቀች/የተመረቀ
- ተፈላጊ የስራ ልምድና ችሎታ፡ 5- 10 ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ፣ ፋብሪካ ላይ የሰራ ቅድሚያ ያሰጠዋል፡፡
- ጥቅማ ጥቅም፡ ቤት፣ መኪና እና ስልክ ከድርጅቱ
