Job Description
Under the supervision of Quality Control Manager the Quality Control Officer ensures that products and services meet quality and standards at Friendship Square, managed by MIDROC Ethiopia, Addis Ababa to customers. Responsible for implementation of new and existing specifications and procedures for services or processes. Works closely with customers to understand the customers' needs and requirements and recommending ways for improvement.
