- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃና የሥራ ልምድ : 12ኛ ወይም 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ/ች ሆኖ ልዩ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው/ት እና በሙያው በሎደር ኦፕሬተር ላይ ከ3 ዓመት በላይ የሥራ ልምድ ኖሮት/ት በተጨማሪም የመካኒክ እውቀት ያለው
