Qualification:

• College Diploma/TVET in Management Accounting or related field

Experience:

• 2/4 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of microfinance business
• Good knowledge of company credit and saving policies and procedures
• Knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer application skills
