Position Overview/Scope of role
Execute the QA QC activities of the project, from initiation to closeout ensuring the adherence to project schedule, specifications and drawings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/follow up with subcontractors, for material submittals and various document submittals, ensuring the adherence to submittal schedule.
- Review subcontractor’s submittals including material submittals and document submittals for Accuracy, Quality and incorporation of relevant information.
- Coordinate and Conduct Internal Material inspections with subcontractors to verify the compliance to the specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct material inspections with consultant.
- Ensure all rejected materials from internal and consultant inspections are tagged and removed from the site.
- Coordinate and conduct internal work inspections with subcontractor to verify the compliance to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate and conduct work inspections with consultant, communicate the inspection comments to subcontractor for implementation.
- Conduct site surveillance, identify and record the deficiencies.
- Coordinate with subcontractor, third-party laboratories and consultants for various field tests.
- Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented on site to prevent recurring NCRs. Conduct internal inspections to verify the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate/follow up with subcontractors for the project close out documents.
- Coordinate and Conduct internal snagging with subcontractors, prepare internal sang list.
- Coordinate and conduct snagging inspections with consultant.
- Coordinate with subcontractor for completing the corrective actions and conduct internal inspections to verify the implementation.
- Coordinate and Conduct inspections with consultant to close the snags recorded.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering with Minimum 3.0 CGPA
Experience: Zero Year Experience
