Job Summary

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

 Company Profile

Wilcom Trading PLC is a registered exporter specializing on export of oil seeds, pulses & other commodities for markets globally.

We are also engaged in importing industrial chemicals, food items, vehicles and construction materials.

  • Main DutiesProfessionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Drafting and writing internal and external letters.
  • Taking appointments from guest and arranging meetings.
  • Recording incoming and outgoing letters with proper reference.
  • Arranging weekly and monthly management meetings.
  • Organizing and scheduling interviews
  • Properly maintaining employee files and leave records.
  • Follow up and maintenance on employee attendance
  • Employee insurance and medical claim process.
  • Assist in organizing employee trainings.
  • Follow up the stationery purchase and usage
  • Maintain company fixed asset inventory
  • Maintain the vehicles record file and insurance renewal.
  • Company fuel coupon issuing and recording per vehicle.
  • Recording the vehicles fuel consumption,
  • Facilitating and requesting the utility payment bills
  • Properly updating and keeping of the DCIC Documents.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • BA Secretarial science, Management or Related fields
  • Four years of relevant experience

Skills

  • Very Good communication skill
  • HR Relevant experience
  • Basic computer skill,
