Deadline for inquiries:  [February 19, 2021] before [11:00 AM]

Proposal submission deadline: [February 24, 2021] before [02:00 PM] JigJiga and Addis Ababa

Tender Opening Date:  [February 26, 2021] after [02:30 PM] at JigJiga

Time will be determined by the ERCS’s representative’s clock.

Any inquiries must be in writing, either by post or by email, addressed to ERCS contact persons.

Any proposals received by the ERCS after the deadline may be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder. Submission by facsimile or e-mail is not acceptable. Bidder shall submit either Addis Ababa or JigJiga as per the aforementioned address; however, the bid opening will be held at JigJiga Somali Region branch of ERCS.
