በዲፕሎማ/ በቢ.ኤስ. ሲ ዲግሪ በመካኒካል ኢንጂነሪንግ የተመረቀ እና በአምራች ድርጅት ውስጥ ለ 7/5 ዓመት የሰራ፡፡
ደሞዝና ጥቅማጥቅሞች በድርጅቱ ስኬል መሰረት የሚወሰኑ ሲሆን የቅጥሩ ሁኔታ በቋሚነት ነው፡፡
