Job Purpose Summary
The main purpose of the job is to increase sales, awareness, reminding & persuasion about product/offering.
Duties and responsibilities
- Organizing appointments and meetings with community and hospital based health care staff.
- Identifying and establishing new business & Travel to defined geographic Areas.
- Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with Technical manager.
- Win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationship with existing ones.
- Conducting Cold -call or door- to- door Sales promotion.
- Negotiating contract.
- Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacist.
- Building positive work relationship.
- Undertaking relevant Market, Clinical and pharmaceutical research.
- Maintaining detailed report.
- Maintaining detailed contact report.
- Taking orders.
- Provide competitive information such as a bid situation, Pricing Data or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contract for assigned products.
- Monitoring competitor’s activity.
- Attending and organizing trade exhibition, conference and meeting.
- Managing budget for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Writing reports and other documents.
- Estimate time and date of delivery.
- Ensuring the facilitation of terms of agreement, collection of promissory note (check /CPO…) or cash.
- Payments follow up.
- Meeting exceeding sales target
Working conditions
The job may require the responsible to travel out of the originally assigned area to wait for extended period of working hours.
Physical requirements
The job may require the responsible to walk/Travel around for long distance in different weather condition.
