Job Summary

Scope and General Purpose: The sales and marketing is re- sponsible for planning, organizing and leading the activities of sales and marketing. The manager will propose and implement strategies to increase the sales volume and the market share of hadero coffee company. He/she will closely follow the market- ing trajectories and maintain good customer relation.

Few Key Responsibilities:

Develop appropriate marketing strategies, policies and procedures

Conduct marketing research, sales promotion, export and local sales and study and evaluate channels of distribution Carry out sales analysis of competitive trends and potentials, customer needs and preferences; converts data to sales projections and data for planning

Recommend new products, new market targets and areas, distribution systems; direct marketing, testing and provide information for decision making purposes

Explore foreign markets for products; negotiate for sales and

delivery of products with in authorized limits

Follow up continuously the major causes of customer complaints and suggests appropriate corrective

Job Requirement

MBA/MAor BA in business (Marketing, sales, management, and others) and other related fields

4/6 years’ experience in sales and marketing out of which 2 years in Senior Management positions.

Proven experience in FMCGsector
