Job Summary

The sales supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and leading all activities related with Sales. The follow-up and sup- port the sales team regularly. Communicate with key clients and address their concerns on time.

Few Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all routes under his supervision have up to date route plans, the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company must stock list.
• Responsible to ensure that outlets under his supervision meet the company’s sales standards.
• Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume and unmeet targets for his supervisory area.
• Responsible to ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company agreed standards.
• Identify major cause of customer compliant and suggest appropriate  corrective measures.

Job Requirement

Education: BA in business (Marketing, sales, procurement, economics, management,  and others) and other related fields Experience: 4+ years’ experience in sales & marketing in which 2 years in supervisory level
