Job Requirement

Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management/ Management, Public Administration and other related Business field with two years of relevant work experience as file clerk.

The applicants must have desirable skill, knowledge and attributes.

  • Excellent interpersonal /communication skill.
  • The applicant must have proven proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages

Place of Work: HR Management.

Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme

Terms of employment: Permanent after probation period
