Job Summary

Horra Corporate Group [HCG] is one of the biggest conglomerates in Ethiopia. Currently, the Horra brand ranges from coffee, vehicle to real estate and is embedding its operations on various markets.

The conglomerate currently has one parent and four subsidiary companies. The origin of the business group, Horra Trading, was founded on 2004 by Mr. Adem Kedir. Inspired by family business dated by 1945, Horra Trading mainly engaged in exporting high quality commercial coffee to various parts of the world during the early years of establishment.

Later on, the company expanded its product line and entered the automotive sector. Horra Trading is the sole vehicle assembler and distributor for the highly demanded three-wheeler Bajaj RE, Maxima C, P and four- wheeler Bajaj Qute Quadracycle. The company also provides an abundant spare part and after sales service for our customers using our automobile product.

Horra Andaracha Plantation PLC located at the Western part of Ethiopia is another outlet for washed specialty coffee. With various sites dedicated to producing specialty coffee, Ethio Gabana Trading PLC is the major route and business wing in satisfying customer need for specialty coffee.

The company also has a hand in the Logistics and Real Estate business sector. Established in 2000 G.C, World Transit PLC provides a professional logistics service such as professional warehousing sea and air freight, clearing and transiting and many more.

Horra Real Estate PLC address the demand of the luxurious apartments needs of our community. A company which is operating in various city centers is soon expected to flourish and have a big say in the real estate market and will commence sales soon.

Horra has also plans to diversify its business and enter various sectors in the coming years.

Job Requirements

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • 6 (six) years of demonstrated experience with 2 (two) years in supervisory role.
  • Fluency in Amharic, Affan Oromoo and English, written and verbal is highly required.
  • Residency in Gelan is a plus.
  • Immediate role commencement, shall application for the role is granted, is mandatory.
