Responsibilities
Under CFO supervision:
Accountancy
- Management of Finance team
- Supervising and monitoring bookkeeping on accountancy software (SAGE),
- Ensure on that the accounting, monitoring and reporting are according to procedures
- Effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit reporting in a timely manner and ensuring delivered before deadlines
- Supporting staff in financial matters
- Ensure that annual audit is conducted on a timely mannered lead the process
Tax :
- Responsible for the local Tax authority compliance of the organization
- Monitors all local tax compliance that applies and ensuring that taxes are charged and collected
HR :
- Monitor employee’s database and personnel file;
- Prepare monthly Payroll
- Follow-up of the staff’s leaves: annual leaves, sick leaves... And ensure to keep a track record of written record and send a monthly, yearly, quarterly report to General Management;
- Monitor salary deductions for unjustified leaves or late;
Job Requirements
Requirements
- BA Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
- At least 8 years of financial and management experience
- Excellent English level,
- Necessary high commands of IT tools, MS applications like Outlook, excel, Word, etc.
- SAGE software knowledge will be appreciated.
