Job Summary

East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Knowledge and Insights Analyst. The job holder supports Knowledge and Insights Manager to provide a comprehensive Marketing and RTM measurement system to enable decision support and management reporting. It also develops and maintains the the company Knowledge Management system (e.g. tools, processes & routines) for the Marketing and RTM elements. The position reports to the Knowledge and Insights Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides data and related insights to the management team for decision support and management reporting.
• Support the Knowledge and Insights Manager to track and report insights relating to macro-economic trends, customer, consumer, category, and competitor reviews and analysis.
• Maintain the company system to provide trends and data to shape strategic decisions, commercial programs and key engagements with leaders.
• Support the Knowledge and Insights Manager to establish the measurement system for the country.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Marketing Management or Management or Economics or Business Administration or related field of studies with a minimum of two years relevant experience in Knowledge Management, Commercial Data Analysis & reporting. 
• A track record of enabling commercial results through insightful analysis and reporting.
• Experience with effective Knowledge Management.
