Position: Senior Tender Analyst

Job Description Summary:

• To perform pretender initiations with our company products at various governmental and non-governmental institutions who may become prospective clients.
• To follow new tender announcements from media and commercial outlets and present the announcements of interest to the team and play a major role in decision making.
• To follow up on the acquisition of bid documents from the various issuing institutions and to thoroughly evaluate the terms of the bid and to streamline tasks according to the terms and to ensure that tasks are well completed within the allotted timeframe.
• To correspond with international suppliers in a professional manner and to obtain from them prices, technical specifications, and other documents that will contribute to the timely submission of tenders.
• To attend tender opening sessions and to prepare a summary of the session for the general manager.
• To perform follow up on the status of tenders that were entered into and perform post-tender initiations.
• To be committed to excellence and teamwork as well as have the flexibility to learn and adapt to new knowledge and skills pertaining to the job title.
• To participate in periodic management meetings.
• To perform other tasks as assigned & required

Job Requirement:

Education: B.A. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in tender analysis and related positions.

Required Skills:

• High proficiency in Windows and MS Office environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent in English both in written & spoken.
• Able to work flexible hours & meet deadlines.
• Supervisory & leadership skills.
