Position: Senior Tender Analyst

Job Description Summary:

  • To undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • To perform data entry and analysis and contributing to internal reports.
  • To support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
  • To responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media.
  • To liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • To contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes.
  • To compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • To communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
  • To participate in periodic management meetings.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned & required.

Job Requirements:

Education: B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Laboratory Technologist, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 0 years of work experience.

  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent in English both in written & spoken.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task independently.
  • Able to work flexible hours and adhere to meet deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
