Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Giving awareness training regarding needle and metal free policy for new joiner and existing employees.
2. Monitor and control the operators while they are searching the missing needle part. Make sure that they are following needle procedure properly, to insure that safety of product.
3. Monitor and control tool inventory on daily basis and making report on tool mark.
4. Checking the departments tool control log and give numbering
5. Carryout regular Product safety audit to ensure that needle policies are implemented in the factory.
6. Make sure that the metal detectors & pull test are calibrating in timely manner and record the result in “calibration sheet”.
7. Checking and confirmation on the pull test, pinch setting and neck stretch report
8. Ensure and maintain metal free policy of the company.
9. Ensure health and safety and cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
10. Ensure the metal disposal methods as per the procedure
11. Assist the department in day to day activities.

Be able to demonstrate boldness or forcefulness in carrying out ones duties with the view of meeting company Objectives.

Be able to independently and quickly identify errors and non-conformities in processes , documents and employees and take remedial action to ensure that they comply with the Standard Operating Procedures

 Organizational awareness (10%)

Be able to understand the diverse functions, responsibilities, authorities, objectives and policies of the different departments in the organization and contribute to help achieve those objectives.
