Job Requirements

• BA, MA/MSc or PHD in Business Administration, industrial engineering, management, Economics, Finance and Accounting and other related field with a minimum of 20/15/10 years respectively of progressively experience in manufacturing and service sector is a plus
• Successfully demonstrate ability to put together a comprehensive service strategy
• Understanding and direct experience managing the delivery of company overall operations
• Successful implementation of culture change across a large organization
• Recent experience in successfully leading the delivery of outcomes and transformations in a large complex organization
