HST Consulting is looking for experienced, energetic and committed Professionals for Finance Manager Position for one of its esteemed clients engaged in a diversified business.

The Finance Manager is expected to provide accurate and timely financial information, thoughtful business insights and analytics to ensure that business leaders are effective in creating and executing the business strategy and operating plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership so they can make sound business decisions.

  • Lead the develop of financial management reporting on time.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends and develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
  • Lead the development of financial strategies, budgets and plans.
  • Monitor and interpret financial information which are related to cash flows, working capital requirements and predicting future trends.
  • Evaluate the financial merit and implications of major business decisions and proposals.
  • Recommend robust financial control including the identification of potential cost savings.
  • Monitor internal and external factors influencing financial performance and advise senior management accordingly.
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating plan.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or Business Administration and IFRS training certificate with 10 years of demonstrated experience out of which 5 years in a managerial or supervisory position. 
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector; analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill; and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and in Peachtree Accounting and/or ERP system are required.
