Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand the organization, workflow, procedures and internal department interaction.
  • Understand and record all the list of products allocated by sales team leader with selling price.
  • Actively participate on annual sales activity and target plan with team leader.
  • Identify key technical specifications and selling points of the products.
  • Study and understand the competition landscape.
  • Understand the procurement procedures of both private and government purchasing bodies.
  • Prepare and organize product specific promotional materials.
  • Segment & prioritize customer and Plan sales activities based on agreed annual target.
  • Proactively engage with customer and understand the demand.
  • Record and update communicated leads on CRM.
  • Project weekly activity on CRM and be aligned with the rest of the sales team.
  • Convert generated leads to opportunity by continues follow up with effective time and resource management.
  • Communicate with suppliers on technical matter to prepare suitable solution for customer.
  • Prepare tender documentation: compliance sheet, product configuration, list of important spear part, brochures, datasheet and manuals.
  • Participate in tender compiling process and turnkey proposals. 
  • Propose complete solution as per customer need and negotiate on terms and conditions.
  • Continuously do follow up on all proposed solutions.
  • Attend both bid submission and financial opening. Record result on CRM.
  • Quantify and submit request for stock item by evaluating the market demand.
  • Review and fill order confirmation form for team leader approval to avoid any discrepancy on execution.
  • Achieve targeted monthly quarterly and annual sales objective.
  • Report monthly quarterly and annual sales to sales team leader including lost deals. 
  • Give and facilitate proper handling and application trainings in collaboration with suppliers.
  • collaborate with marketing team to attend and support in marketing activity.
  • Support in customs clearance inspection as needed.
  • Assist finance team on payment collection process.
  • Report incident and nonconformity to sales and marketing operation coordinator.
  • Take corrective action for incident and nonconformity instructed by sales team leader. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

  • Education: Health Officer, Nurse and Health Science or related filed
  • Experience: One + Years on Ventilator and Anesthesia machine 
  • Experience in sales activity and understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
