Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience :-

• BA/BSC/MA/MSC in the field of Economics, Accounting, Management, Statistics, Marketing, Rural Development or related
• A minimum of five years insurance/microfinance experience preferably in the area of planning, research, marketing and business development
• Proven data analytical skill
• Willing and able to work in different projects at a time
• Field work exposure in rural areas and with low income people
• Good reputation
• Strong communicator and negotiator
• Enthusiastic and able to work in a stressful situation
• Able to develop and manage a team
