Job Summary

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, performs clerical personnel and HR activities like recording, compiling and keeping personnel records, drafting letters, assists the HR & Admin Manager in undertaking studies on Human Resources and Administration issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records such as annual leaves performance results, promotion, attendance and others.
  • Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters like total number of employees in sex, age, salary group, work unit etc
  • Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment
  • Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
  • Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods
  • Prepares identity cards for employees and submits for approval to the concerned officials.
  • Performs preliminary screening and registration of applicants and works as a member when assigned.
  • Check payroll for approval.
  • Verifies and initials in all payment documents and transfers them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Collects and organize data with regard to human resource management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
  • Keeps confidential personal files safely.
  • Facilitates and participates in strategic planning sessions.
  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
  • Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
  • Distributes employees performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and complies the result.
  • Encodes personal data into computer.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:-

  • Bachelor Degree in Management or related field of study.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset 
  • Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & SCADA

Experience: -

  • 3+ years experience in HR management activities.
