Job Summary
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, performs clerical personnel and HR activities like recording, compiling and keeping personnel records, drafting letters, assists the HR & Admin Manager in undertaking studies on Human Resources and Administration issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows up, organizes and handles personnel records such as annual leaves performance results, promotion, attendance and others.
- Collects and compiles statistical data on personnel matters like total number of employees in sex, age, salary group, work unit etc
- Follows up, approves and records attendance of employees, prepares attendance reports for payment
- Drafts letters on personnel issues and submits for signature in accordance with decision.
- Follows up and notifies in due time the concerned officials about ending contracts and probation periods
- Prepares identity cards for employees and submits for approval to the concerned officials.
- Performs preliminary screening and registration of applicants and works as a member when assigned.
- Check payroll for approval.
- Verifies and initials in all payment documents and transfers them to the immediate supervisor.
- Collects and organize data with regard to human resource management function, assists the immediate supervisor in undertaking studies with related matters.
- Keeps confidential personal files safely.
- Facilitates and participates in strategic planning sessions.
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
- Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
- Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
- Distributes employees performance evaluation forms, ensures that all are filled out properly and complies the result.
- Encodes personal data into computer.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Bachelor Degree in Management or related field of study.
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & SCADA
Experience: -
- 3+ years experience in HR management activities.
