Job Description

On behalf of our clients, Alsam Properties, we are looking for a Real Estate Sales Officer.

Job Brief

The Real Estate Sales Officer will be responsible to market and sale apartment houses; follow up on behalf of the buyer to assure progress is in accordance with the agreement and corresponding payments are made until the final delivery of houses.

Job Requirement

• We are looking for individuals with strong Real Estate market knowledge as he/she will be responsible for selling houses to clients & investors in Ethiopia

• Someone who has worked for Real Estate Developers or Brokers and has experience in selling properties for 2-5 years.

• We need someone who has a hands-on understanding of the tough Real Estate market in Ethiopia and can develop a contact of people who can potentially be clients.

• Degree in Sales and Marketing related subjects
